1 What does it cost?

2 Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No! you do not need to use a credit
card to list your property on My Bulgarian Holidays. At the
time you create your listing, if you would prefer to send
payment by bank transker you can check that option, and then
mail your payment to us. You can also call us to handle the
billing of your listing. However, property listings will not
go live on the site or be distributed to our partner sites
until your payment has been received.

3 Do I need to know HTML, or how to design a web page?
NO. When you join My Bulgarian Holidays
you do not need to know anything more than how to fill out
a simple web form. We have gone out of our way to make it
easy for you. Once you have provided the information about
your property, we take care of the rest.

4 How do I change and update my property listing?
Simple. Once you have added your property
to My Bulgarian Holidays, you may change all aspects of your
listing by logging into a secure administration area where
you are presented with web based forms that are very similar
to those used to create the listing initially. You can change
your information as often as you like. Once you are done,
your web page and property information will be instantly updated.

5 Who updates my pages?
You do! We provide you with a secure web based administration
tool which allows you to update the details of your listing
such as its availability, description, title, facilities,
photographs, your policies and terms and we take care of making
sure that your listing page gets instantly
updated on the My Bulgarian Holidays

6 How do I add and change photographs to my listing?
We provide you with a web based photograph
administration tool that allows you to upload and update up
to six photographs per listing. The photograph administration
tool allows you to upload your photographs in the same way
you might attach them to an email message. This convenience
is provided at no extra charge to you.

your listings. You are provided with online tools which allow
you to easily update your listing at your convenience.

Once a potential renter/buyer finds
your property in our index, and they fill out a simple inquiry
form the information will be sent to whichever email address
you specify when creating your listing on our system. Further,

9 May I provide links to other web pages?
The short answer is yes. There are
rules concerning which links are appropriate. Generally, we
ask that the link points to another web page which contains
more information about the specific property listed. Further,
when linking to a site that competes with My Bulgarian Holidays,

linked page.

Yes, you can cancel your
listing on My Bulgarian Holidays website. Canceling your listing
is as easy as logging into the system and checking the option
to cancel your property listing. We do not however provide
refunds for cancellations.

people is looking at your property. We provide you with a
