this website.

FORM AND LISTING THE PROPERTY, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOLLOW
AND CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THESE POLICIES
AND TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MYBULGARIANHOLIDAYS.COM. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THESE POLICIES AND
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MYBULGARIANHOLIDAYS.COM, DO NOT
SUBMIT THE FORM AND DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY.
1.1 Guidelines
1.1.1 EACH LISTING
MUST REPRESENT AN INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY. The title, rates and
all other informationmust describe a single property. The
images must be of the exterior, interior or taken from the
grounds of the property. While photos may be changed the property
may not be changed for the duration of the listing. No refunds
are given for deleted listings.
1.1.2 The photographs
for the properties may be changed throughout the duration
of the listing.
1.1.3 Use complete
sentences for property summaries. You are responsible for
proper spelling and the accuracy of the information presented.
1.1.4 DO NOT USE
ALL CAP WORDS IN ANY PORTION OF THE LISTING.
1.1.5 No use of HTML,
web site addresses, email addresses or other links are allowed
in the listing content.
1.1.6 MyBulgarianHolidays.com
reserves the right to edit, suspend, modify or delete any
listings that do not conform to these Policies, without reimbursement
of any fees paid hereunder.
1.2 Multiple Properties
Each advertisement
on MyBulgarianHolidays.com site displays an individual property.
Only one property can appear on each advertisement, unless
it is a property with multiple units on the same site ue an
Hotel, and additional advertising units are purchased. MyBulgarianHolidays.com
reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement,
when more than one property is described in the advertisement
itself.
1.3 Payment
Payment by major
credit and debit cards can be processed online by Pay pal.
In addition we give the opportunity to pay by Bank Transfer.
The free period in which a member can evaluate either to pay
or not for a listing can vary with a range of 1 to 20 days
depending from MyBulgarianHolidays.com wishes. In the free
period the member can use the advertised listing(s) ONLY to
evaluate the MyBulgarianHolidays.com website functionality.
1.4 Representations
and Warranties
You represent and
warrant to MyBulgarianHolidays.com that: (a) you are over
the age of eighteen (18) and have the power and authority
to enter into and perform your obligations under these Policies;
and (b) you shall comply with all terms and conditions of
these Policies.
1.5 Ownership
In exchange for the
opportunity to list your property on this website, upon submission
of the listing to MyBulgarianHolidays.com, you assign your
entire right, title and interest in and to the content of
the listing, including any and all photographs provided hereunder
(collectively, the "Content"), to MyBulgarianHolidays.com.
1.6 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify,
hold harmless and defend MyBulgarianHolidays.com, its shareholders,
directors, officers, employees and agents from and against
any action, cause, claim, damage, debt, demand or liability,
including reasonable costs and attorney's fees, asserted by
any person, arising out of or relating to the Content supplied
by you.

2 Listing Layout
Every single listing
advertised on MyBulgarianHolidays.com has the same default
layout and functionalities with exception for those clients
which pay for the integration of the “special listing” service.
MyBulgarianHolidays.com reserves the right to edit copy or
change the photographs supplied, should it be considered necessary.
MyBulgarianHolidays.com reserves the right, at its discretion,
to edit, change or copy advertisers information stored in
MyBulgarianHolidays.com online database. MyBulgarianHolidays.com
cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting
from the design or positioning of the properties or changes
made to the photographs submitted by the advertiser.

3 Property information

has no responsibilities regarding the accuracy of the information
contained within the MyBulgarianHolidays.com listings. The
property details content is the sole responsibility of the
owner or agent of the property displayed. MyBulgarianHolidays.com
has not confirmed the accuracy and authenticity of every single
listing and therefore renters/buyers are strongly recommended
to make their own investigations into the authenticity of

way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made

on the Website. Advertisers are responsible for keeping every

The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic

permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies
MyBulgarianHolidays.com against any action brought by breach
of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the
advertiser. MyBulgarianHolidays.com cannot be held responsible
for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material
supplied by the advertisers. MyBulgarianHolidays.com website
is copyright protected and any part of its content, design,
layout, concept of functionality and programming can be reproduced
or copied unless specific request will be provided.

then MyBulgarianHolidays.com reserves the right to remove
the property from the MyBulgarianHolidays.com website without
notice, no refunds will be paid. If an advertiser attempts
to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or
persistently misuses the online systems, MyBulgarianHolidays.com
reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s)
from the website. Full payment will be retained. MyBulgarianHolidays.com
reserves the right to refuse any Property Page from its website
that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any
expense in so doing.

9 Changes to pricing
and conditions
MyBulgarianHolidays.com
reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without
notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new
advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
